LISTENING: Day 28: February 26
Ah Listening, an art and gift of profound value to those who cross our path. As we center into ourselves and listen fully with our hearts open and our minds clear, we are giving respect to the other person. Listening deeply we hear beyond words, we love beyond judgment, we begin to know another and what matters to them. What could be more precious than that? Have you given yourself the gift of listening this deeply to yourself? I hope you will my love, Katherine❤️
Today’s Practice: Stop what you are doing and listen to the feelings behind someone’s words to you. Be fully present to the conversation showing them that you are interested in what they are saying. ❤️
