Patience

PATIENCE: Day 32: MARCH 2

Patience is elusive when we chase it. The truth of patience is that it is derived from the atmosphere of loving that surrounds us when we are connected to ourselves and others. When we are given a few moments in our day, (waiting in a line, sitting in traffic) using those moments to nurture ourselves with our breath and gain a sense of spacious perfection, even when we feel rushed, can give us a renewed experience that all is well. You are the love that you are being as you trust the perfection of the unfolding of your day. All my love ~ Katherine ❤️

Today’s Practice: When your plans seem delayed, choose to be patient by identifying 3 ways that you could use the space created giving something of yourself. ❤️
