Friendliness

FRIENDLINESS: Day 25: February 23

What a blessing it is to encounter each other in a moment of recognition. We all know each other deeply before we have ever met. Approaching each other from Love allows us to see the beauty, courage, and strength in each other. We can see all with compassion and note the depth of each soul as we look into each other’s eyes. These are the true friendships we can find easily every day. Adding love to each encounter brings joy to each moment ~ I am grateful to be meeting each of you here and sharing this divine appointment as friends, all my love ~ Katherine ❤️

Today’s Practice: “Will Rogers said that strangers were just friends he hadn’t met yet.” View those you encounter today as friends. Make a new one.

Harmony

HARMONY: Day 23: February 21

There is nothing that will remove us from the Feild of Love faster than one judgemental thought. Knowing that when we see All as One we claim our power and live in Harmony with All. When we choose to judge anything, we split our world, and we land into good/bad, black/white world where we feel afraid. Once there is fear, we can no longer feel, live and experience our full power that is guided by Love.

We are who we are being, so today, choose to judge nothing, see it all as unfolding in perfection even if you are personally inconvenienced or uncomfortable. This is certainly for me today. We are in this together we all might as well win ~ I love you all and feel a deep gratitude for this place to play together ~ Katherine ❤️

Today’s Practice: “Choose to see the good in others rather than finding fault. Choosing not to engage in any form of gossip contributes to harmony.”

Prayer

PRAYER: Day 22: February 20

Non-religious (Spiritual) Prayer is often greatly misunderstood, it is not a supplication to a Higher Power for some “thing” we want for ourselves. A Spiritual Prayer is Simply an Avenue to Return us to Love; it Makes Us Capable of Miracles. As we center into this union with All, we are the Love and become the most powerful beings that we can be. When our actions are based in Love, we remember our wholeness and open to all our highest capacities and intelligences. We are connected through a unified mind to everything and we are capable of being truly helpful and truly harmless. You are the Love that heals and knows peace ~ I feel our deep connection in Oneness and call on you to be in Love today ~ Katherine ❤️

Today’s Practice: “Prayer from the heart can achieve what nothing else in the world can.” said Gandhi. Begin and end the day with a prayer for peace. Let peace begin with you.

Mission

MISSION: Day 22: February 20

Our Lives are Simplified Through Commitment to Our Mission. Our mission grows out of our deepest commitments. When we are committed to Love and Peace our Mission is to BE that every day. Having a central or core Mission provides us with stability and focus as we go through our days. Our lives will change and shift and grow, but as your mission remains steady it provides guidance for you in all things every step of the way. “You are the change you wish to see in the world” Gandhi~ I see you and I love you ~ Katherine ❤️

Today’s Practice: “My Life is my Message.” ~ Gandhi Write down what you want to “stand for” in your life. Note at least one way you can show through action that you stand for your beliefs. Take this action today.

Days 22-48 Focus on interpersonal change. In order to create a peaceful world, we must learn to practice nonviolence with one another in our day-to-day interactions.

Inspiration

INSPIRATION: Day 21: February 19

Inspiration is the Opening to Love. You Already Are That Which Inspires You. When we see someone or hear someone or even feel someone’s intention strongly to be the Love, to be the Change, to be the Truth of Love, we are lifted and moved to be those things, attitudes, or ways of being ourselves. As we experience inspiration from others, our Spirit or our own divine connection, our Reality changes. Let us pay homage to ourselves and those who are living as Love today by using that as inspiration to live our lives as love in grace, peace, and joy today ~ you already are that which you love. ~ Katherine ❤️🙏❤️

Today’s Practice : “Think of at least two people who exemplify the practice of peace. What is it you admire about them? Practice those behaviors today.”

Self-Forgiveness

SELF-FORGIVENESS: Day 20: February 18

Self-Forgiveness is a Deep Process of Letting Go. We are not so much forgiving our actions, we are all human and have times when we do what we are not proud of. Real forgiveness comes from letting go of the judgments we continue to hold against ourselves long after an offense is complete, and apologies and amends have been made.

Holding ourselves to an impossible standard of perfection leads us to forget the beauty, power and creative Spirit that we are. We are love. Remember that first and forgive yourself for all the things you judge yourself for both real and imagined. Peace, Joy, and Love are the outcomes of this practice. You are worth your own seeing of the Truth about yourself. ~ I see the truth about you and I love you, Katherine 🙏

Today: “Knowing that who you are is greater than what you have done and not done, have and not have, today forgive yourself for forgetting the good that is you.”

Courage

Day 1: January 30th

Courage is Found in the Strength of your Heart. Without our innermost guidance found in our connection to the Unified Mind, we will always be too small to step forward and live in the Power of Love. Once we understand and know how to connect, we can have conviction and do anything we need to that brings our gifts on to the planet with Love. There is no need for anything but surrender to the moment and you will know with a strength of Heart exactly which step to take, one by one as you move forward towards your destiny. Bless you and your hearts today ~ Katherine

A Season for Nonviolence: 64 DAYS AND 64 WAYS TO PRACTICE NONVIOLENCE (AHIMSA )

Today’s Practice: Eleanor Rosevelt urged “You must do the things that you think you cannot do.” Light a candle and accept the courage to practice living in peace.

Days 1-23 focus on Personal Change. Nonviolence begins by learning how to be less judgmental and more compassionate with ourselves. We learn by building courage through Spiritual Awareness of our highest Selves to speak and act with respect, honor, and reverence for our own being.

January 30th through April 4th we will be posting a Nonviolence or Ahimsa Practice Daily to take with you through your day! Join us! It is fun and inspiring.

Stepping In. Standing Strong.

Quite a few times this year of the #metoo movement there have been things in my life that threatened to pull me down river in the swift current of distress and overwhelm. and yet THIS MOMENT, this moment in our history of unprecedented attack on the Feminine by both the patriarchy (I am distinguishing the patriarchy as different from men who are connected and care about women) and women of the patriarchy who have aligned themselves with the patriarchy in the assault on women, THIS MOMENT, I am finally galvanized.

I understand the patriarchal mindset and I understand the not wanting to let it go, but it is going, so come with us or not. We will all find our way.

With most of my abusive sexual and other perpetrators dead or rendered helpless by illness, age or disease, my world feels possibly safe enough to express myself.

I am NOT going to take myself out again for any reason, not BLACKEN MY PHOTO today for any reason. I am here.

I stand for all people to be safe from domestic violence. I am not taking myself out to say it. I stand strong with and for women and men who are being abused in any way.

And I stand here fully visible as a lightpost. I believe my stories and your stories. I know we have been hurt. AND, I also know that we don’t have to be washed away or carried out to sea by our past.

I am Stepping In and I am swimming like hell across the current, not fighting against or getting caught in the rip tide of degradation and disregard for women. I am swimming across the current for freedom with a blessing for all of you in my heart.

Men and Women who care about DR FORD but don’t know what to do, SHARE THIS MESSAGE, COPY AND PASTE this message. DO NOT DISAPPEAR TODAY join me by forwarding this TOGETHER IN SUPPORT OF EACH OTHER, WE CAN CHANGE THE TIDE.

I LOVE US ALL. This is our future. And above All, Be Kind

~ Katherine
